Services
Services
Our services include the fundamentals of Applied Behavior Analysis. We observe the behavior in the home, school, clinic, or workplace. We assess the underlying factors contributing to the behavior, and we build a plan of therapy strategies and models that help promote new skills and positive outcomes and encourage them to endure over time. Applied Behavior Analysis can be beneficial for children and adults alike. We have numerous therapy options available to fit your needs.
Functional Assessments
We know that to bring you the right help we first need to understand the challenges you are facing. Before therapy begins, your behavior analyst will conduct a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA). An FBA seeks to understand the why behind a certain behavior or challenge. Through various techniques, the analyst will uncover the internal and external factors that are influencing this behavior. From the assessment, your analyst will work with you to create an individualized therapy program designed to achieve the goals you identify together.
Home/Community Consultations
Environment is an important component of understanding behavior. A behavior analyst will meet with you in your home, school, or community setting to assess and address the learning, social, and emotional challenges. Together we will create a plan forward that helps alleviate the frustrations that can prompt challenging behavior. Your behavior analyst will work with you to introduce new skills, model new behaviors, and bring ABA lessons into everyday life.
Tampa Clinic, Bradenton Clinic and Pinellas Clinic
Clinic-based services are designed to assess and treat problem behavior while teaching pre-academic and social skill deficits through Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Training approaches. The first step in our program is a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) to determine the specific functions of your child’s behavior; this process allows our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to create personalized, evidence-based behavior plans that are tailored to your child’s specific needs. Additional treatment areas and services provided at the clinic include: toilet training, social skills groups, functional life skills, language/communication, self-help skills, and play skills.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Services
We will work with you as long as it takes to help ensure that new skills and positive behavior outcomes remain over time. Beyond your initial assessments and therapy, we offer Registered Behavior Technician Services to help cement your behavior analysis service plan into your everyday life. Our technicians are trained in the principles of applied behavior analysis and are supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
Workshops
We offer workshops and training for teachers and other education professionals as well as caregivers working in schools, adult residential facilities, youth group homes, and community groups.
