We work with clients of all ages and abilities, and opportunities are available to provide services in a variety of settings: family homes, community settings, group homes, the clinic, and public and private schools.

We offer our Analysts greater autonomy in individualizing assessment and treatment for clients, accepting clients that best fit their experience and expertise, and determining their own schedule/caseload. Additional support is also available to all analysts through our team of knowledgeable Directors. In addition to greater autonomy, ABA Solutions offers excellent opportunities for advancement. BCBA or BCaBA in Seffner, South Tampa – Private School Setting

Our Seffner/South Tampa Region is seeking BCBAs and BCaBAs who are current Medicaid Providers and are interested in working in private schools and family homes, interested in gaining experience conducting teacher and staff training, and passionate about providing exceptional ABA Services. We have positions available in both Seffner and South Tampa.

Our Seffner/South Tampa Region offers opportunities for working in private schools and family homes. We work with clients for the duration of the school day (6 hours) at our private school locations and opportunities for clinic/home sessions are available following the school day. Experienced BCBAs are on-site at all times to provide ongoing supervision, training, and guidance for new Analysts. It’s a great location for new Analysts to receive consistent support and guidance to hone their skills in the field!

Analysts joining our Seffner/South Tampa team can expect to receive ongoing support from BCBAs on-site, know who to go to at all times with questions/concerns, truly understand the open-door policy cultivated by our team, and build lasting relationships that continue throughout your career.

Applicant Requirements/Job Duties:

  • Must be Board Certified (BCBA or BCaBA) to be considered.
  • Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized behavior plans for clients
  • Train and provide feedback to caregivers and behavior technicians on the implementation of behavior plans and skill acquisition goals
  • Analyze and graph data weekly
  • Update behavior plans for reassessment as determined by Medicaid and/or Private Insurance
  • Provide supervision according to the BACB requirements for registered behavior technicians and keep record of supervision (3 years of experience)
  • Maintain certification according to the BACB requirements

RBT in Seffner, South Tampa – Private School Setting

Our Seffner/South Tampa Region is seeking RBTs who are current Medicaid Providers. We have positions available in South Tampa and Seffner locations in both private schools and family homes. We offer opportunities for working in private schools with clients for the duration of the school day (6 hours) as well as clinic sessions and/or home sessions with clients after the school day.

RBTs joining our Seffner/South Tampa team can expect to receive ongoing supervision and training as a Practicum-approved BCBA is on-site at all times, have a variety of clients to choose from to gain a well-rounded experience in both acquisition and reduction behaviors, and have flexibility in choosing a schedule that works best for you while maintaining the opportunity for ample hours.

Applicant Requirements/Job Duties:

  • Must be a Registered Behavior Technician
  • Must be a current Medicaid Provider
  • Work under the direction of a BCBA
  • Intensive implementation of behavior reduction and social skill acquisition procedures including, but not limited to, ABLLS-R programming, AFLS programming, and leisure skill programs.

Our Sarasota Region offers opportunities for working in school (public and private), family homes, group homes, and day programs. We have great relationships with several public and private school and enjoy supporting our clients as well as their parents, caregivers, and teachers.

Analysts joining our Sarasota team can expect a supportive team of other behavior analysts in a variety of setting that will suit all professional skill sets and preferences.

Seeking a professional who is experienced, compassionate and empathetic. BCBA should be comfortable giving feedback to school staff, parents and therapists and should be interested in working collaboratively as a team.

Competitive rates with typical compensation ranges between $60,000-100,000. Flexible Schedule.

Requirements:

  • Must be Board Certified (BCBA or BCaBA) to be considered.
  • Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized behavior plans for clients

Full-time caseload available in one private school.

Competitive rates with typical compensation ranges between $60,000-100,000.
