The directors, behavior analysts, and technicians at ABA Solutions are friendly and full of enthusiasm for delivering their skills and expertise in applied behavior analysis. Our wonderful team is made up of Registered Behavior Technicians, Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (each with at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavior Analysis), and our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (each with at least a Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis).

Lisa Scott

Executive Office Administrator

Our administrator, Lisa Scott is involved in all facets of the administrative side of providing outstanding behavior services. She has been with ABA Solutions, Inc. since July 2009.

Lisa is integral to ABA Solutions’ ability to provide clients with the services that make a difference to their lives.

Tracy Larson, MA, BCBA

Executive Director

Tracy earned her Master of Arts in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from University of the Pacific. Tracy started with ABA Solutions as a Behavior Analyst and has held positions as a behavior analyst, senior analyst, and director during her time with ABA Solutions, and currently serves as the agency’s Executive Director.

My passion is helping people learn and grow. This includes helping clients progress towards their goals, empowering caregivers, guiding our amazing analysts and RBTs in their professional development, and improving our organizational systems to make progress and growth a reality for every single person with ABA Solutions.

Harvey Bayliss, MA, BCBA

Assistant Executive Director

Harvey joined ABA Solutions in 2013 and earned his Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida in 2016. Harvey served as the Area Director for Pasco and Hernando from 2017 until 2021 when he began working as the Assistant Executive Director.

I am driven every day to support my colleagues and help train our analysts to provide exceptional service to their clients and grow as professionals in our field.

Carie English, PhD, BCBA-D

Area Director- Pinellas, Pinellas Clinic Director

Carie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, and her Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology from West Virginia University. A behavior analyst since 2001, she joined ABA Solutions in 2008. Carie served as the Clinical Coordinator until 2020 when she became the Area Director for Pinellas.

I became a BCBA to effect change in the lives of individuals whose behavior lessens their ability to enjoy all of life’s opportunities.

Courtney Carmichael, MA, BCBA

Area Director - Hillsborough

Courtney earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of South Florida. Courtney has been working in the field since 2015, gaining experience through a variety of settings. Courtney joined ABA Solutions working as a BCBA in 2020 and became the Area Director of Hillsborough in 2021.

One of the most rewarding parts of what I get to do as a behavior analyst is building strong relationships with people in this community. Not only do I get to watch so many successes occur throughout my daily work, but I also get to be a part of those successes. I get to grow with clients and as they become a more independent version of themself, which is only a few of the reasons why I absolutely love what I do.

Taylor Narozanick, MA, BCBA

Area Director - Pasco/Hernando

Taylor Narozanick earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis, and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of South Florida. Taylor joined ABA Solutions as a Behavior Assistant in 2013 and became certified as a BCBA in 2017. In 2021 Taylor began serving as the Pasco/Hernando Area Director.

My passion is fueled by lending a hand in shaping future behavior analysts to provide effective, ethical services and training caregivers to improve the lives of individuals with disabilities and disorders. Each day allows me an opportunity to learn more, make an impact in the community, and have fun!

Rebecca Donnelly, MS, BCBA

ASSISTANT Director - Pasco/Hernando

Rebecca Donnelly earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), She also spent three years as a research assistant in the UAB: Brain, Cognition, and Autism Laboratory studying the neurological markers for an Autism Spectrum Disorder, and obtained a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of South Florida. Rebecca joined ABA Solutions as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in August 2021, in May 2022 Rebecca began serving as the Pasco/Hernando Area Assistant Director.

Kristin Dorsch, MA, BCBA

Area Director - Central Florida

Kristin Dorsch earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Sociology from the University of Florida. She completed her Master of Arts in Counselor Education at the University of Central Florida. Kristin joined ABA Solutions as a behavior analyst in 2010. Since then, she has devoted herself to the betterment of children here. She began serving as the Area Director of Central Florida in 2015.

I am always amazed by an individual’s capacity to change. I feel honored to be able to serve my clients by helping them achieve and exceed their goals.

Jeanette Underwood, MS, BCBA

Assistant Director - Central Florida

Jeanette earned her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism Spectrum Disorder from Ball State University, and her Undergraduate in Healthcare Administration from Kings University.  Jeanette loves to make learning fun! Her goal is first and foremost to improve the quality of life and independence of the clients she serves. Jeanette has experience in exceptional education as a professional and as a parent. Jeanette is dedicated about delivering quality, ethical services to the clients, as well as supporting caregiver advocacy in hopes to making a positive impact in the lives of children with special needs. She began serving as the Assistant Director of Central Florida in 2021.

I can’t imagine doing anything else. It is exciting coming into work everyday being around people working towards the same ‘individualized’ goal: improving the lives of children with exceptional needs. Creating meaningful change and helping early learners gain their foundational skills is my passion.

Medea Ehrlich, MS, BCBA

Area Director - Sarasota/St. Pete

Medea earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida in 2001 and Master of Science in Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas in 2005. She became a BCBA in 2006. Medea joined ABA Solutions in 2011 and began serving as the Area Director of the Sarasota and St. Pete in 2017.

I love my job and I feel privileged to help my clients reach their goals while supporting their parents and caregivers.

Rebecca Stannis, MA, BCBA

Site Director - Tampa Clinic

Becca earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Child Development from Florida State University in Tallahassee, and her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2015 from the University of South Florida. Becca has over 9 years of experience and began working at ABA Solutions as a BCaBA in 2015. She worked as a Team Lead at Impact Academy for the 2017-2018 school year and began serving as the Site Director of the Tampa Clinic in 2018.

I love helping clients and their families meet and maintain behavior change goals!

Melissa Baez, MS, BCBA

Site Director - VPS

Melissa Baez earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of South Florida, and a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis at Capella University. Melissa joined ABA Solutions as a Registered Behavior Technician in 2016 and became certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2019. In 2022, Melissa began serving as the director for Virtual Parent Support, our service that Melissa helped create.

As a mom and an analyst myself, I am dedicated to providing parents with the most effective and individualized treatment tips and tricks. I aim to support and empower families through the use of ABA knowledge.

Kimberly Beck, MA, BCBA

Area Director - New Jersey

Kimberly earned her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida in 2008. That same year, she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and joined ABA Solutions. Her work has been instrumental in helping the lives of many children. Kimberly began serving as the Area Director of New Jersey in 2014.

The most rewarding parts of my job are seeing a child make progress and feel proud of him or herself for accomplishing the goal and, watching a parent see the same success and feel relief and happiness.

Kaitlin Sullivan, MA, BCBA

School Oversight Director

Kaitlin earned her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida in 2016 and has been with ABA Solutions since 2015. Her experience has largely focused on working within public and private school settings and training both future behavior analysts and new behavior analysts in the principles of behavior analytic service delivery. She served as the Impact Site Director from 2018 to 2021 and currently serves as the School Oversight Director.

Carolina Luque, MS, BCBA

Site Director - Impact

Carolina earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at University of Florida and her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of South Florida. She joined ABA Solutions as an RBT in 2017 and became a BCBA in 2019. Carolina has been serving as the Site Director at Impact in 2021.

I love seeing client and family progress in even what may seem like the littlest things! They shape our practice as much as we shape behavior.

Glennys Mir, MS, BCBA

Site Director - Baycrest

Glennys earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from University of Santiago de Cuba and her Master of Science in Neuropsychological Rehabilitation and Cognitive Stimulation from Universitat Autonoma of Barcelona in 2012. She is passionate about combining her background with the ABA field. Glennys is particularly interested in teaching acquisition skills, executive functions and verbal behavior while enhancing the caregiver’s role as an essential component of interventions. She began serving as the Site Director at Baycrest in 2020.

Discovering ABA allowed me to find the piece of puzzle that was missing in my career. I love to help and teach children and their families while considering their needs, cultural diversity and individuality.

Gabriella Gonzalez, MS, BCBA

Site Director - Broach School, Tampa

Gaby Gonzalez earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Florida State University, where she also earned her Masters of Science in Family and Child Sciences. Gaby has worked in the field since 2016 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2020. Gaby began serving as the Director for Broach School in Tampa in 2022.

Sarah Samsundar, M.Ed, BCBA

DEI Chair

Sarah earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology in 2020 and her Masters of Arts in Special Education (Applied Behavior Analysis) in 2022. Raised in a multicultural household, she witnessed first hand the importance of diverse critical knowledge. Sarah joined ABA Solutions in 2020 and began serving as the DEI Chair in 2022. Sarah strives to promote the sustainability of an equitable and inclusive environment that centers diversity as a core value.
